How bout all the Ar15.com members from Texas schedule a get together and shoot? Seems the other areas are doing it let us not be outdone!!!!

Consider me and the wife in, provided that it's in the Houston area. The youngest kid is still only good at Grandma's for short stints, generally no more than 4 hours, though that may change between now and October.

Houston, Austin, or San Antonio get my vote.

That's the problem...most of the other guys who set up a shoot only have to worry about the furthest member driving 2 hours or so. It's over 700 miles from Houston to El Paso, and even farther if you go up the panhandle.

Houston, San Antonio or austin (tee-sip land) will work for me. All are a short road trip from College Station. Everyone have a safe weekend....opening football weekend for many across the Lone Star State.

This would be nice on a regular, rotating basis. It's a lot of work for one guy (or couple - or Lady - Hi KelleyR!) to do.

Texas is a big place and like GBT some are not easily able to make long trips. I got kids too (enough the Lovely Bride and I lost man-to-man coverage and are in a Zone Defense).

Can we work this maybe once a year in the DFW area, once in Houston, once in Austin/SA and once ??? I like TacPro too, but not every time.

Any ideas or takers?
