Seatle, Washington from L.A., California? Do I have to do an FFL to FFL dealer? This is not an assault type of rifle.

Or can you point me to a website that will educate me with the gun laws in that state.

In the past all I have done is to get the buyer to send me a signed copy of his FFL's paperwork. Make a copy of this for your protection and send the firearm through UPS with the signed copy in the box to his FFL dealer.
