Go with the skinnless boneless, if you get the nasties eating regular sardines. Personally I don't mind the bones, they're soft and you barely notice them. If your a lifter or fitness type. One tin of sardines has levels of protein on par with the suppliments you buy at GNC and you dont have to chug 20 oz of whey in milk to get it.. Plus the oil in fish is a no brainer for health..

Get a Patio brand burrito (I prefer bean and cheese myself).

Grate on some queso blanco.

Microwave.

Pour on some crema mexicana.

Eat.

Delicious.

Then you have a heart attack.

Can't help but to think of a certain scene in "National Lampoon's Van Wylder" that involves one of those and a dog.

I only eat more mellow stuff for midnight snacks. Popcorn, cereal, cookies, etc.
