I am sick of the definitions being twisted in the events staged in major US cities by Mexican nationals.   Certain words have certain meanings, and these meanings have been twisted, as usual per Marxist guidebooks, so that they mean nothing and everything.  The aim in depriving words of meaning here is clearly to prevent Americans' ability to discern between sides in civil discourse, and civil discourse is needed for the continued existence of the Republic.

Make no mistake: The current protests are about relieving CRIMINAL MIGRANTS from responsibility to obey the law, and have nothing to do with immigration, legal or otherwise.

Let's get away from the misused words: "illegal",  "legal", "undocumented", ....  The people protesting in these instances have both committed and in the continual process of committing crimes under US immigration and naturalization laws, are and have stated an intent to commit future crimes against the United States, making them criminals.  Further, they people are not in the process of immigrating at all, but are mere migrants.

An immigrant is generally defined as someone who settles in a new country permanently. A migrant is someone who moves from place to place or periodically moves between two or more places.  Settles or settlement, when discussing a person, means twofold: (1) that they make their home in a place, and (2) that they cease being restless and become orderly.  In other words, the immigrant leaves an old home behind, and makes a new home.  The migrant does not maintain a single home, but owes allegiance to somewhere they do not reside.

An Immigrant, under US immigration law, is one who seeks, by legally entering the country under specific documents (visas), the goal of ultimately becoming a citizen and renouncing any other claims of citizenship or other claims on their loyalty.  One cannot remain restless between two countries and ultimately remain legally on an immigrant visa under US law.  It is for this reason that the US has numerous non-immigrant visas available.  Non-immigrant visas recognize that people may have a need to come to the US temporarily for refuge, business or other purposes and that these people do not have a wish to make America their permanent home, renounce their other loyalties, and become a citizen of the Republic.  If you come in as a Non-immigrant (for example, as a Canadian under the TN visa) and then wish to stay permanently, you must leave the US and re-apply for an immigrant visa (you may apply from within the US under some conditions, but generally must leave since the moment your intent changes to seek permanent residency you are in violation of your visa).

To immigrate with intent to become a citizen means beginning an action with the consideration of leaving behind permanently as one's former home, and making a home here in this nation and becoming part of this Republic.  The law, as far as requirements for naturalization to be a citizen, makes one requirement very explicitly: the Citizenship Oath.  Any intent to immigrate (versus migrate) must be an acceptance, ultimately, in the supremacy of the US Republic and US Constitution over that of the place from which one came (otherwise WHY BOTHER, since you have the legal option to come as a Non-immigrant).  This is the Oath of Citizenship:

"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;..."

Citizenship and immigration are optional. People are not forced into it.  People can generally leave the US at any time.  People who take the oath falsely are actively with full intent committing criminal fraud.  People who take the oath while commiting crimes provide immediate proof of said fraud - Someone who speaks the oath with the intent of promoting the continued breaking of immigration laws has either not made an oath or has committed criminal fraud.  Anyone claiming immigrant status without true intent of considering becoming a citizen and eventually taking that oath is committing criminal fraud.  If they haven't thought it through, they are either being wilfully blind or negligent to the point of violating the intent of their visa and are again in contravention of the law.

The people protesting presently claim they want to be (1) free from legal prosecution and law enforcement despite their having broken and continual breaking of US laws, (ie, not subject to US law) and (2) want the ability to remain of Mexican nationality.  Mexico is called their homeland.  Patriotism to Mexico, not the US, is stated ad nauseum.  The flag of Mexico flown in place of the Stars and Stripes - If the Stars and Stripes, a symbol of the Republic, is not burned first!  They are not protesting for immigration rights or even illegal immigration rights.  The are not protesting for freedom from anything.  At best, for some, they are protesting for license for CRIMINAL MIGRATION.  For those that argue certain regions belong to Mexico, or Aztlan, they are beyond protest in favor of simple criminal behaviour, and are openly advocating insurrection against the United States.

These protests are not an argument for people who want to join the US nation, or even the US Republic as a political state, but only that of license for people who are in active, defiant breach of the laws of the Republic, whose loyalty remains in and to another state, who do not intend to permanently settle here, that they be allowed to be free from prosecution for crimes of against the United States, while they enjoy the same benefits as citizens, true immigrants, and legal migrants/visitors - ALL WHILE THEY REMAIN ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN MULTIPLE CRIMES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES, WITH NO INTENT TO EVER STOP COMMITTING THOSE CRIMES, NOR TO EVER FOREGO THEIR ALLEGIANCE TO MEXICO.

The true (legal) immigrant wants to join the Republic and seeks to be a citizen, to join America and strengthen America.  Even the legal Migrant (Non-Immigrant) on a legal visa is a benefit to America, by submitting to the law and adding to the production of the economy.  Immigration limits take into account the number of criminal migrants already in the country, and each criminal migrant takes away from the pool available to those seeking legal entry to the US.  The CRIMINAL MIGRANT actively hurts America, by stealing resources and space that would otherwise go to law abiding Immigrants and Migrants.  The Criminal Migrant is not deserving of your pity or sympathy.  The law abiding immigrant and migrant applicants who are turned away every day deserve that pity and sympathy.

Fight enemies of the Republic by calling out this blatant misuse of language that has the intent to stifle civil discourse.

Fight enemies of the Republic by not allowing the right of citizenship to be given to people who do not volunteer their allegiance to the Republic and the Constitution.

Never forget that every CRIMINAL MIGRANT prevents the LEGAL IMMIGRANT from joining and strengthening America.
