Where is the outrage expressed by US Citizens.
When will be our day of expressing our dissatisfaction with our lawmakers. Anti Immigrant march on your state Capital. A million man march on Washington. I'd be afraid to organize a march of protest. With all the lazy and apathetic Americans staying home and sitting on their hands, it would only embolden the illegal alien movement. Oh yeah, the march should be on a weekend, since we all have real jobs. |
It might be easier to do on some day that most AMERICANS don't go to work........like July 4th
Sign me up, I'll make the drive to DC. |
+1 I wish I had the free time to stand on a corner and protest about something. |
It's all in the optics. You are not anti. You are for the U.S. enforcing its own laws.
Hit the corporations that support them and protest there.
Wally Mart Home Depot Don't remember the full list. If others were willing in my neck of the woods I would show up. |
Well thats big of you. What is it like 20 minutes away? Just kidding, it sucks to be 2000 miles away from the action sometimes. |
July 4th, perfect!
Maybe it should be sooner before those fools in Congress do something that may ruin this country. I'll be doing a major renovation to my house and there will be no illegals on the job site-GUARANTEED! |
3.5 or 4 hours, the illegals set up in 10 cities. are there enough of us to pull that off. hell I'd gladly give up the days pay. Even with the theft in gas prices. |
INS jacket? |
Why not use the same 10 cities the illegals did? seemed important for them to pick those cities. |
Which cities are they? It kind of snuck up on me and was over before I knew it was planned. I would have flown a "DEPORT THEM ALL" aerial banner if I knew it was up Sunday.
DC,Pheonix, LA, richmond can't recall the rest. there was a link on here to the organizers site here yesterday, somewhere I didn't tag it. ETA: looks like we had a huge gathering not to far from my house. protest |
Washington
NYC LA Chicago Dallas Tucson Las Vegas Philadelphia Tampa Saint Paul Atlanta Santa Fe Oklahoma City Nashville It's a start |
Damn, is there one I don't have to take two days off work and fly 800 miles to get to? Its not like I live in freakin' Alaska or something. Maybe we could all move to Hawaii and kick the natives off. If the Mexicans managed to get there the term 'wetback' would be an understatement. Edit: Vegas, I could make it to Vegas on a weekend. |
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Hawaii |
If only all the people that were for closing the border and deporting all illegals would just get together the marches would be in the tens of million, but it will never happen.
They could tell every senator and house member if you don't do this you are through in politics, We would be lucky to get just a few thousand to march. |
so have any of you came across any PRO American protest organizer sites.
I would like to do a protest! |

One thing all the illegals have.....the means to organize.
How did they do it? Via Spanish television and radio. Us legal citizens would need to use the means available to us. We all know that our media isn't "our media". The mainstream media is no longer on our side. So, how would we do it? Contact as many organizations as possible that we know would support the cause. A few places immediately come to mind. 1) Free Republic .com Thousands of people go to that site who would be all for it. 2) The Minutemen Possibly sites like.... 3) Newsmax, WorldNet Daily etc... 4) Groups like "Protest Warrior" .com ... Please feel free to add to this list. And finally, and most importantly, you would need a team of organizers with the time to head the effort up and coordinate with the above-mentioned groups. A "Support Our Laws" rally could be done...for sure. It would just take some work. P.S. I think a 4th of July rally would be a bit too late. Congress will be back in session in a few weeks. Legally, it will likely all be over and done with by the 4th of July. Maybe Memorial Day. Lots of people will be off work then...that might even be too late, but it would be a better choice than the 4th. |
key words are "most of us" |
So, again, it would need to be on a Saturday or on a holiday. Memorial Day wouldn't be a bad time. Plenty of people, real Americans, would already be out and about and would likely join in. |
Unfortunately all a protest will do is get a few car horn honks. That and the media will label you as xenophobic and racist.
Protests only work for minorities and "victims". Red-blooded gun-owning Americans are neither. Just watch the news, we're the badguys. |
If it isn't that important to you, yadda yadda.... |
I somehow doubt it. "Real Americans" are too busy shopping at Chicom Mart and rushing home to watch American Idol. |
Can I use that in blue at will in real life please? |
Some truth to this, but see what the media has done? It's turned too many on our side into defeatists. You don't wait for the media to approve of you. POLITICAL POWER MUST BE TAKEN (abit peacefully is usually better in represenative democracy). It is never handed out freely. If you let the media stop you from doing something, then you are already a default leftist. ------------- ADD: And, "Yes", I'm getting a little sick and tired off all the defeatists on our side. The main reason it "won't work" is because of the defeatist attitudes I seeing displayed on this very thread. Of course if you don't have the will...then you can't do anything. If you do have the will...then almost anything is possible. The real truth....if there isn't a counter march, it is because "real Americans" lack the will to do anything about the problem. |
The media isn't stopping me from protesting, it's stopping that protest from accomplishing anything. You want to get together with some rifles and make some real change we'll talk. Til that happens all we're doing is living under the illusion that our votes and opinions matter. Edited to add: The power of the American Voter to make significant change through our political process is dead. The sooner everyone realizes this the sooner we can figure out a different way to get our country back. |
We have a Republican president and a Republican majority. That's the limit of our vote right there, and they haven't done shit to stop this. All the cardboard signs in the world aren't going to change anything. |
Verticalgain, I'm sure you're a good guy. But DAMN. You've sure bought into the media's bullshit, haven't you.... They have all the power....you have nothing. Come back to a little hope and optimism, brother. |
It seems to me it is all the waiting around for later that is killing us. |
Back to topic....
Anybody else know of any groups/organizations that are also talking about this or making plans? |
I haven't heard of any yet. |
Here's an idea. Where ever you are celabrating 4th of July bring a protest sign with you. If you are going to your cities fireworks show show up with your sign. Wonder how many AMERICANS would be harrassed by the cops for this? |

Excellent. |
I can't get to DC but I'll fly a banner in support here on the 23rd.
[batman]Look for my sign[batman] |
Pretty good idea. Might work on Memorial Day also. The idea, of course, would need to be picked up by a bunch of supportive sites and organizations. Doable....would take less time to organize too. |
