Today I was driving down FM 1314 when I passed a placed called "Thunder." It had a big banner over the entrance like a ranch would, and on either side of the name was a picture of a gun. I was in a hurry, so I couldn't stop. But I've since tried to look it up and can't find anything. I want to know what this place is? Pistol range? Rifle range? If so, how much and what distances are there? Thanks for any info!

I know what Thunder Ranch is, but this place is nowhere near the REAL Thunder Ranch...unless they have small ranges all over the place.

That is a shooting range. Go ahead and stop by. They have been up and running for about three years now. My daughter has stopped and asked about their CCW classes. I haven't gone there to shoot yet so I cannot attest to the quality of the range, or to the distances.

Thanks a bunch Doc. That's all I needed to know. I didn't want to wander in and find out it was a private club or something. I'll check them out when I get a chance.
