I noticed that the ink and paper they use on their receipts sort of disappears after a few months. I had to get a tool replaced which snapped and it had a lifetime warranty but the receipt was barely legible.

Is this some type of way of getting out of lifetime warranties?

I really don't understand the question.

But they should have you under your primary phone number, you don't have to have the receipt.
