We've had this discussion many, many times before here, but I can't find the archived threads. Maybe I'm using the wrong search phrases......
At any rate, those of you who argue that court cases have decided that theres no requirement of LEOs to protect an individual but society in general, please post the links to either the court decision itself or the thread in which the topic was discussed.

A quick search turns up this site which seems to have references to case law but no links to the actual case law itself.  It seems like an older article, which at the bottom states in was Copyrighted in 1992.
