my dad hit one in mid-flight.


3iron, slight draw, poof of feathers.


for you non-golfers, a 3 iron is a long iron, that when struck properly results in about 200 yds of carry.

the bird was dead.

Guy I golf with killed a bird once on the T-shot of the first hole.

His SECOND shot of that same hole - killed another one. TWO birdies on the same hole!

And he hit the second one so hard it's head popped off and shot about 8ft straight up in the air.
