Is it possible for your BP to be elevated when you are sick? I usually run low. I have a cold now and my BP is elevated 140/80. Is this normal? I know cold medicine will do it but I havent taken cold medicine in 24 hrs. ARFCOM Docs help me.

Nyquil and Tussin Gel tabs. Not together of course. I am also very sensitive to medication.
