You may be right about the hormone driven sexual desires but thats where it ends. A 14 year old girl is going to be treated VERY differently by her classmates for the same act as the 14 year old boy. The boys friends will treat him like the stud of the school, where as the girl will be treated (by both boys and girls) like the slut of the school, thereby crushing her self esteam and probably fucking her up for life. Most 14 year old girls are very sensitive, 14 year old boys, not so much. |

I taught 14 year old girls. I hate to burst your bubble, but bullshit. Girls bragged about bagging the boy's track coach just like a boy would brag about bagging the hot French teacher. 14 year old girls far more conniving about getting what they want than you give them credit for. The reson more male teachers get caught messing with female students is because girls brag about that shit to their friends. They can't help it. Most boys know better than to kill the golden goose by blabbing. |

at 14, sorry he is still a child, hell, I wish I had still been a child at 14. at 14, my daughter was still not 100% sure there was no santa, I did my best to keep her as innocent as possible but with the understanding the world wasnt a safe place while allowing her to enjoy being a child. ie, no cable tv, paid attention to who her friends were, controled her surrondings as best I could to protect her while educating her,,ya know, being a parent.... In my humble,,a tall tree and a short rope is the answer to this young women but hell, at leaet a few years with the state to make sure she remembers she was stupid not this off with a wrist slap nonsence.. |

I second that. My wife teaches them as well and there are plenty of girls having sex and openly telling others about it. If they can get a 'high school guy' to 'do' them it's a trophy. But i'm sure if a college guy 'did' them it would be a horrible trauma and they would become outcasts. The laws have nothing to do with what "kids want". I don't care if they like it. Adults are to know better and not contribute to sexual conduct of MINOR CHILDREN. How God damn hard is that for people to grasp? |

Okay, time for me to be serious. I made several tongue-in-cheek posts in this thread but a little bit ago I heard Sean Hannity (radio talk show host for those who never leave the site) and he quipped--dead serious--<sad voice> "I don't know if he'll ever overcome the trauma from this." </sad voice>
First, the teacher was DEAD WRONG to do this. End of story. Suitable punishment? I honestly don't know, but it should be at least significant, if not downright severe. "Trauma" from getting laid? Get real. No one would bat an eye if he "got some" from a girl his own age. That would be equally wrong in my eyes, due to the many likely complications of pre-marital sex, especially at a young age. I can only see "trauma" occurring if you aren't doing it right--rape, etc.

I agree although women willing to lay a 14yo boy probably have some serious emotional manipulation in store for him which he is VERY ill equiped to deal with when he's getting hot pie for the asking. Thus the boys who are later asked to kill husbands, burn down houses, kill others the sick bitch doesn't like. Something is very wrong in the head of a woman like that and you damn well know if it were your kids teacher you would not be giving him a high five and telling him to knock the bottom out of that. Our society doesn't want children tangeled up in sexual relationships with adults and I think it is right and I want it enforced. I do agree that people are over hyping the 'damage' of consentual sex. |
