I know most of you dont like myspace.com, but this just really caught my attention. My little sister posted this in her bulletin. It is so terrible.
WARNING VERY GRAPHIC PICTURES THE PICTURES BELOW SHOW THE VICTIM OF DRUNK DRIVER SEVERE BURNS It's so easy to drink and drive beause we think, "nothing will happen this time." or "I didn't drink too much." or "I'm a better drunk driver then sober driver. " or "I have to drive home because my parents will find out I have been drinking." We all think of stupid excuses...maybe you should print thinks and keep it in your car... This is Jacqueline Saburido on September 19, 1999.  This is her and her Father, 1998.  This is her on Vacation in Venezuela.  Birthday party as a child.  At a party with friends.   The car in which Jacqueline traveled. She was hit by another car that was driven by a 17-year old male student on his way home after drinking a couple of hard packs with his friends. This was in December 1999.  After the accident Jacqueline has needed over 40 operations. Jacqueline was caught in the burning car and her body was heavily burnt during around 45 seconds.  With her Father, 2000.  Getting treatment.  Three months after accident.  Without a left eyelid Jacquie needs eye drops to keep her vision.  Now 20 year old, he cannot forgive himself for driving drunk on that night three years ago.  He's aware of devastating Jacqueline Saburidos life.  Not everyone who gets hit with a car dies. This picture was taken 4 years after the accident and the doctors are still working on Jacqueline, whose body was covered with 60% severe burnings. I know most of these bulletins say "pass it on," but most of those are stupid. This is real, and if you dont re-post this, you're a jerk, seriously. Please send this to as many people as you can to make them aware of the consequences of drUnk driving. Saw this years ago, it's very fucked up. She was known as "burn girl" IRRC.
The bastard that did this (it also killed 2 of her friends) only got 7 years in prison. |

They guy who hit her did a video about how bad he felt. I know some of the staff who worked on the video and said off camera he didnt give a shit. He only did it to help get less time in the slammer. That guy is a POS I feel bad for that girl.

IIRC, the guy that hit her was a young sailor. This was a big part of the Navy's "Don't Drink and Drive" program few years back.

I lost 3 friends in Highschool to drunk drivers.
From 1988 on, I've seen how the killer behind the wheel was typically given light sentances. And from then on, I've always believed that Capital Punishment should be available as the punishment for these killers. God Bless Jacqueline Saburido |

Idiots that get into a car drunk on their ass are no different than the criminal pointing a gun at your head. Either one can kill you in a flash of an eye. Powerful pictures. Pretty sad.
