I placed an order almost four weeks ago. They have not shipped it. I finally get a question saying that they cannot send me an Inova flashlight in 'ultraviolet' but they can send it in 'black.' Um, the UV referred to the LED color, not the body color. So I emailed back. No response for another week. I called to make sure it has shipped and they kept on hanging up on me (like they lift the phone and hang it up right away). They did this 7 times.

So I just want to reach them now to cancel the order. I could not reach them by phone, so I emailed to cancel it and if it arrives I will refuse it and ask AMEX to reverse the charges.

AMAZING.

Skip Botach. You won't have to search hard to find horror stories about these guys. Check the BBB complaints too. Stay away.

Botach is a nightmare. Simply the worst service I've ever had. It took them about 6 months to figure out that they weren't going to carry what I ordered. If you can, leave a voice message. They should get back.... eventually.

They have unbeatable prices on some stuff like the streamlight M3X I got for $139 but their service sucks! I'm still waiting on two M4 slings I ordered for 2 of my buddies as Xmas gifts. Hopefully it'll be hear on time for next Xmas.

Kinda like walking up to some stranger, handing him a 2x4 and begging him to smack you with it.

But hey! You might win the lottery. A solid gold meteorite could fall from the sky and land right at your feet. You could also actually get what you paid for from botach.

Didn't Botach recently have a problem with anti-gunners protesting gun shops and they harassed Botach so bad that it made the news, etc....and get this - anti gunners are stOOpid, (DUh!), as they thought Botach Tactical was a gun shop!!! they do not sell guns!

I replaced my Botach Order, that I had placed ~4 weeks ago and nothing, with one from defensedevices.com. Placed that order yesterday, and today it was shipped.

Here is the difference in price:

Inova T2 $39.87 $39.95
Shipping $0 $0
Total $175.77 $189.85

So I saved $14.08, and they shipped the next day without any drama.
