if the shit hit the fan in your area and you were at WALMART what would be on your list?
you had enough time to grab some supplies and head back home |
Toilet paper
bottled water alcohol first aid supplies batteries sleeping bags/camping accessories non perishable food (canned) ... I have all this stuff, but I'd just want more of it. |
First priority: non-perishable food
Second: fuel and batteries Third: water containers Fourth: everthing else |
Naah I have plenty of that. I could always use more to barter with I guess. I wouldn't go out of my way for it though. |
panty hose
baby oil saran wrap case of trojans roy d.....make that two cases of trojans |
Bullets. I have a lot but more would be nice.
Depends what happened when the shit hit the fan. If some bull shit like canada invaded. I would be on the front lines fighting. If a chunk of space shit was going to hit earth then I wouldn't die I guess. |
The shit is hiting the fan you dont need them. |

I'd just stay at Wallmart.
Kick everyone out, roll down the gates. |
oh snap! Actually, I've thought about this several times (more zombie related, though). And one of the scenarios goes along with what cincinnatus said - just stay there. It would make a great base camp. |

You're womenfolk will appreciate it if you get feminine hygeine supplies, spec. tampons and/or pads.
You show up with a pickup truck load of stuff and the next day she gets her period, she's not gonna be happy that you got 400 boxes of Winchester White Box and no Tampax. I'd get food (perishable & non-), some water, batteries, a short wave radio, a couple of LED head lamps for friends and stop by the book section on the way to the checkouts and pick up a dozen or two novels. Oh, and those pesky tampons. John |
I did plan on getting tolit paper and rope. |
Canned tuna and powdered milk is what Secretary of Health and Human Services Michael Leavitt recommendeds.
I like Chunky soup. And ammo, lots of ammo. |
A fella could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that. |
Mr Levitt just told us to buy tuna and powedered milk. Just to be extra safe I'm going to buy more duct tape
1) a remington or mossberg shotgun 2) LOTS of shotgun ammo, buckshot and slugs, maybe even birdshot cause any 'shot is better than no 'shot 3) a hacksaw and a shell carrier to make this new shotty "tactical" 4) a backpack to carry the ammo, and a small amount of camoflauge clothes they have 5) all kinds of canned food and beef jerky, and water 6) fuel for the truck atthe gas station across the street ************ YOU MAY ASK WHY ID BUY ALL THIS STUFF, WHEN I ALREADY HAVE IT AT HOME***** well... keep in mind in a SHTF situation, you may not have the oppourtunity to go home, or you may get there and find "Looty" already got to your stash. |
Note to self, Be the first heavily armed person at Wal Mart when the SHTF. |
Me and 10 good friends could live in a freshly stocked WalMart for a long time !! Food, water ,ammo, heigene, clothes,a pharmacy !! Everything |

What about the crisco, duct tape and gag balls ? |
I'm guessing penicillan is gonna be hard to find roy d....did i mention a bottle of Mogen David 20/20?...Ladies dig the Maddog! |

Water, ammo, camping gear and pellets. You heard me, pellets. .177 cal pellets at 1150 fps make a quiet, but efficient dinner getter...
GT Here, kitty kitty...... |
A 10/22 and all the thousands of rounds of .22 they had in stock.
Hopefully I was smart enough to bring my own .38... Then I'd make my way over to the food section and find some kettle corn. |
I am afraid that too many other people would have the same idea and I would sit on what I have.
+1 that would be my list. |
I'd just take over the walmart and make it my base of ops. Has everything you need to survive. Only problem is the larger the size of the building, the harder it is to secure. Get your close buddies in on it and it becomes exponentially easier.
+1! LOL!!!! |
All the 45 and 12 gauge ammo I could carry, plus a jar of "Red Vines".
Beef Jerky.
I would drive my F-150 right into the store, fill the damn thing with Jack Links. maybe grab some soda on the way out. |
Remember to take PICS! |
" Uh , we need a price check on the blue pick-up." " Sir , you cant drive a Ford in the store" |
Bullets. With enough of them, I can get anything else I may need.
Woody |
Note to self: Drive through Photo Center.......... |

cookies, belly wash, what else?
all the important stuff I already have seriously I'ld probably try to round up all the AA batteries I could carry. |

food, H2O, ammo, detergent, tolietries, medication/first aid, batteries

On 9-11-2001 I went there and bought 5 gallon gas cans.
Felt like the right thing to do at the time. |
