I participated in one of the Christmastime charity auctions for a challenge coin and won.

I promptly mailed out a check to the auction host in the name of his selected charity.

After a couple of weeks, I hear back the check isn't there.

????? Well, I know I sent it.  It's x-mastime, so we give it another week.

Still no check.  So I sent a replacement and put a stop on the first check.

Well, today I got an IM that the first check JUST ARRIVED, postmarked December 16.

Today is March 9th.

11 weeks from NY to California!  Thanks USPS.
