How can Texas get a D again? Don't they know we can make citizen's arrests if we witness a crime? Or shoot someone if we think it's the only way to get stolen property back?

"Why'd you shoot him in the back?"

"He took off running with my DVD player after he climbed out my window. No way I can run fast enough to catch him, and if I did he might over power me and kill me. So I shot the bastard."

"But why did you shoot him fifteen times?"

"I only had one magazine."

"Well, here's your DVD player back. We'll send someone to photograph the damage to your house and have a police officer watch the place for the rest of the night so you don't have to worry about the broken window. Have a nice evening, sir."

Their grading system is totally screwed up.  I was very ticked off Oregon received a C- so I looked at WA state and saw they got a D+.  We're a class III state - surely that counts for something.  Then I looked at CA and saw that they received an B+ For Juvenile Possession Law we received an A- and supposedly have the same restrictions.  If you look at the 3 left coast states the scores just do not add up.  I think someone filling out the report card and double dutying it with the legalize Mary Juana team.

These idiots aren't even making sense. First they are complaining that so far there has been little success in stopping the access criminals have to illegal guns.

But their solution to this is to make more guns illegal. WTF? Or are they saying that they need to make the illegal guns even more illegal? What ever the F that means.

Just what the fuck are these shitheads smoking and do they honestly believe the bullshit they constantly spout or is it completely lies?

Because we are rational adults and "smashing windows at their places of business and homes" is something that liberals do.  They love to paint Conservatives as blood-thirsty, toothless rednecks but when liberals get pissed off they are downright VIOLENT.  Look at pictures from the "protests" during the 2004 Republican National Convention for just a taste.  There were also multiple reports of Republican campaign offices in many states being attacked, windows being broken out, vandalism, etc.

It's much easier and more mature to just let them crucify themselves like they have been doing for the past several years.

Kentucky is kicking butt, we have a solid F and the state House has just passed a "Shoot First" law that also has the castle doctrine built into it.  The law basically says that if you fear for your life due to an act of violence you have no duty to retreat and are justified in using a firearm to defend yourself.  It goes on to say that someone attempting to break into a residence is considered to be committing a violent act.  Meaning if someone is breaking into your house you can shoot them.  Now the Senate just needs to pass it.  This law passed the House with only 4 No votes!

What is even better is someone proposed an amendment to the bill, it doesn't look like it passed, which said that in order to protect the Commonwealth of Kentucky everyone at birth is to be given a handgun and concealed weapon permit!  I don't ever see that passing but at least we have people in power who think that way!

More gun control nation-wide?

Hardly.  The only states I see getting more gun control are the ones who already have strict laws because of anti-gun politicians and an infestation of liberals.

Gun-control isn't spreading.  The AWB is dead and isn't coming back.  Gun control is a dead issue.

But 95% of the annoying laws are at the federal level anyway.

They get away with that under the pretext of the AG's authority to enact "consumer safety" regulations
for firearms (actually, it's all and any products),... loaded chamber indicators, magazine safeties, drop tests, etc.

The POS AG in MA has been pulling this crap for years as a carry over from his predecessor.

The VPC (surprise, surprise), even publishes a guide to educate states on how to use this loophole to
regulate firearms.
