I'll be there. Hotel room is already reserved. We're leaving Saturday morning around 4am and should be there by 10am.

I will be there a least one day, it's a 2 1/2 hour drive for me. I got my brother to commit to one day. He's new to "evil wepons" .

I've been entertaining the idea of getting my friends together and making the drive from school in Flint, Michigan. It's seven hours. We'd split gas three or four ways and we'd likely camp or something like that.
Worth it, or not? I'm honestly not sure, though, we're willing to make the drive, the real problem is the money and where the hell we'd stay. |

If you've never served or been around 50 full auto weapons throwing lead at once, blowing junk cars to smitherines, and lighting dirt on fire with napalm throwers........then yeah, I'd say it's defeinately worth it. As soon as you feel that first big tannerite explosion and all the 50's and belt feds, and full autos and even a minigun or two let loose the first time, you'll have a grin from ear to ear and your mouth will drop. At least that's how I felt the first time I went to the shoot many years ago.....it's still fun You can also rent a ton of different full autos at the lower range, and shop at one of the best gun shows you'll find as well. |
