to pour a slab for a shop. I it is the only placve I can build, there or on top of my laterial lines....

lol that was the biggest scientific environmental farce ever.... they went and proved spotted owls live in old growth that was decreasing... and never bothered to look anywhere else and see that they lived everywhere...
