 , Sniper model with 10 round clip and TA01 ACOG , Colt .38 Police Positive, and S&W Model 68. I think I have all the bases covered now . Lying seductively on the rug of love

That's all! Oh, and I have a wheelbarrow to carry my ammo. You know how much .22 ammo you can get when you trade a 16" Colt pencil barreled carbine in? LOTS. I might even get a few more high cap clips, too, in case one isn't enough. |

I'm just down to these myself. I took it one step further though, I mean who really needs one of those scary Hi-capacity .22 rifles anyway. I heard those things can go through bulletproof vests.

Don't get it? Found yourself in quite the imbroglio, haven't you?  if you were a Team Member you could search the archives or something (hint hint hint) Actually, i'm serious. i sold my FAl to buy the ACOG. Traded my .45 for the Aimpoint. I might get a flashhider for the CQB carbine, as i believe all serious social SHTF rifles should have flashhiders. |

You're supposed to spend as much on the optics as the firearm. You spent 2x and 5x. You could've bought the Chinese knock-offs and been perfectly happy with a whole lot of beef jerky, .22 bricks and ammo cans.

I refuse to skimp on cheap optics when it might be my ass on the line if they fail. $90 A-clones and Tac-Points may make you happy, but if it could mean the difference between life and death for my family, I won't go with second rate equipment. I'm trying to sell my Great great grandfathers Civil War rifle to buy an AN-PVS-14-I have no use for a rim fire lever action anyway. the Henry company doesn't even know where to get ammo for it. Im going to bed. I'll answer any questions in the morning.

Laugh all you want, but with those weapons you are better prepared than 99% of my neighbors, friends and family and people I deal with every day. My in-laws live in hurricane-land Florida and they won't have guns in the house. I know I'm over-prepared but I wish more people at least had a .38 and 10/22s like that.  edit; 10/22s are GREAT ! |

The CQB 10/22 has an assault sling and a plastic folder. The designated marksman rifle has a wood stock for stability. I put my Surefire and Harris bipod on it, btw. I only have the one banana clip-should I get another? I'll bet I can trade all these now superfluous AR mags I have lying about for one more.......and maybe another 10 rounder for the sniper rifle. Can I get a bayonet lug for the 10/22? That'd make it the perfect SHTF weapon .
