I've got a $500 voucher from the GOA now, so to take their 2 day handgun course would cost me $300+travel expenses.

Is it worth it?

Yes. Do it.

I haven't trained ther, but, by most accounts
the training is good.

I'd do it for 300.00......Not 800 though.

No, but I have one of the videos? Watching Jeff Cooper work his fat ass trying to get off of the ancient
Honda 3 wheeler was worth the price alone.

Jeff Cooper is at Gunsite, not Front Sight.

Like I said, worth every penny.

Train with the Tactical Dentist?

Thanks, but no thanks. I prefer to be trained by people who've actually been on a two-way range.

I did the 2 day rifle... The lead instructor in my class was a marine scout sniper instructor for 20 years. The other was with LA SWAT for 20 or so.

The training is great and worth every penny.

What were their names?

I know a guy, BTW, who has been to FrontSight and Gunsite multiple times, and thinks both are great.

The three wheeler is still ancient, but Cooper is not fat anymore. He's in bad shape guys.

I found it to be an interesting and rewarding experience.

The lectures on legality and morality of deadly force were excellent.

Be sure to bring extra cash if you wish to avail yourself of the brothels in Pahrump.

I took the free sub-gun and the two day defensive handgun course and they were both excellent and life changing experiences. I highly reccomend Front Sight.
