Do I have to get a Rx to get an epi-pen?  I am alergic to bee stings, and I do not have a kit, and have been working in remote locations where I could be in trouble if I get stung.  Do I have to go to a doctor first, or can I get one another way?

If you have a doctor already a phonecall should take care of it. If you don't it is unlikely you will get one without seeing someone.  I always gave people 2. One to carry, one to leave at home Or to carry both if they are going  way out of town.  In any event the effect is temporary and you will need further treatment in the event you are having a true anaphylactic reaction. USUALLY benadryl and steroids are part of the treatment.

Keep them out of the sun and heat.
