Probably a dash of cream of tartar in there somewhere.....but yeah, mayo, pickle relish..lemon juice can't hurt

ETA lemon juice and cream of tartar serve the same purpose in the recipe....use one or the other.

1. Grab a tartar
2. Insult his mother
3. When he swings, dodge and hit him in the nose
4. While he is on the ground, kick the living snot out of him
5. Collect the drippings
6. Enjoy!!!

3 parts mayo, 1 part Dill pickle relish (or chopped up dill pickles) , a couple of good splashes of hot sauce!

Well, all I had was whole dills, lime juice. I mixed mayo, diced the dills, sugar, lime juice, salt and pepper. It tasted pretty damn good. Fresh crappie is hard to beat, Thanks again.......Treeman
