I have some hot Italian sausage, boneless pork ribs and some chicken "smoking up" the place right now and have a cold brewsy in hand!!! How's your Sat. grilling going? Damn I love Weekends!!!

That's it exactly. I will not pay for 50% bone with any meat I buy. I'll eat a rack of ribs at a restuarant but I won't buy them for my grill! I like to be able to eat every bit of the item that comes from the grill.

Even if I buy steak.... It has to be boneless. NY strip, Filet, Sirloin, Porterhouse etc.....
