No high capacity mags produced after Sept '94, and marked as such. Pre '94 mags are okay.
Since no one marks their mags anymore with the date - its anyones guess how this law could still be enforced. Our law mirrors the past federal ban without a sunset clause. If a mag has 'LEO/MIL only" on it, it was my understanding that it needed a date on the mag too. However, it would probably be one of those "grey areas" that would be more trouble than its worth if questioned. |
