We had a guy burn his piss test last week, seems his license was suspended by the State before the company even had a chance to fire his stupid ass.


I dont know if this is yet another .fed reg, or just WA local. Just wondered if anyone else had heard of it yet.

Being self-employed, my dad and I don't have to submit a test as part of employment, and I haven't heard of the state asking for one, either.

I believe there's a new medical required on the Federal level. I saw the notice at the DMV last week.

I have a CDL-A, but I am not an active driver at this time, aside from delivery of new vehicles.
