Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help

My one of my PCs on my network at home has stopped connecting to the internet. It will connect to other computers on the network so I know that part is working. I have checked the proxy settings but they were fine. Any ideas? Running Virus scan now.

ETA Skype will not connect also

Did you try disabling and then enabling the connection?

go to your modem and unplug it, same goes for your router.  wait about 10 seconds and re-connect them.

not sure why, but this tends to fix it
