My two favorites;
William shatner at a star trek convention telling the star trek nerds to get a life The alternate ending to "It's a wonderful life" where they discover that old man potter was the one that took the missing money, so they go over to his house and beat the crap out of him. |
That one with Sandler and the camping trip was pretty good. |
Eddie Murphy: Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood, Hot Tub, Buckwheat sings the hits.
"Uncle Amose's malt liquor"
Could have been on Living Color though. Don't remember, funny as hell though. Cow Bell was really funny too though. |
Church Chat. Santa is satan one. With Danny DiVito.
The Celebrity Jeopardy skits with Sean Connery were also funny as hell. "The Pen Is Mightier" catagory was read as "The Penis Mightier". And "Therapists" waas read as "The Rapists". |
The skit where Will Ferrell manages an "in flight" airline magazine, and he kills an employee with a Trident:
"I WILL RAPE YOU!" Or maybe the "Schmidt's Gay" beer commercial with Sandler and Farley: "This is gonna be the best summer EVER!" Although the "anal suppository" meal-replacement bar commercial was pure genius: "How do you make time for lunch everyday?" "Let's just say I put my lunch......up my butt." |
The Lost Star Wars Casting Auditions.
Kevin Spacey as Chris Walken as Han Solo: "The ship... is fast enough... for you.... old man." Celebrity Jeopardy with "Sean Connery" is a runner-up. |
Yes without a doubt the cowbell is THE funniest ever. Well since the Belushi/Ackroyd days. The Belushi Joe Cocker impression was hilarious too. |
Samurai (whatever). I liked Samuria Divorce Court in particular. The Not Ready for Primetime Players were the best.
Coconut Bangors ball, or maybe the devil can't write no love songs
i gotta have more cowbell!
sweddy balls and the one where ( cant think of his name ) was dressed in a parrot suit and on a date the girl takes him out of the cage... he comes out running around on the top of the couch and crapping on it... i thought it was hilarious cause my g/f at the time had a parrot and he acted just like that |
Without a doubt, the many versions of Celebrity Jeopardy.
There used to be a site that hosted a whole lot of SNL skits... anybody know what happened to it? They were all categorized and everything. Oh, yeah, and Uncle |
Scottish Soccer Hooligan Weekly was great
I just dont understand what is so damn funny about cowbell |
The Bush SR and Bush Jr skits always crack me up, especially the one where they go hunting.
Besides a few already mentioned.... The Buckwheat assasination |
I find the "newer" material to be juvenile in nature while the older material more thought provoking. |
Does ANYBODY remember the SNL "commercial" that advertized a three bladed razor. It was a takeoff of the new two bladed razor commercials because dual blades was the newest thing on the market.
The first one grabs the whisker The second one pulls the whisker out straight The third one cuts the whisker and the whisker then retreats below skin level Why? Because you'll believe anything !! I about fell out of my chair 20 years later when Bic came up with 3 blades. And now we are up to 5 in the front and one on the back. |

William shatner at a star trek convention telling the star trek nerds to get a life
That one was AWESOME! Shatner got SO much shit from the space geeks for that! I also love the one where Farrel is GWB and is debating "Al Gore," and says Gore "wants to take your tax money and give it to a tree." Fucking hilarious!! Man there were a lot of great ones. |
Land Shark
The Bees No Coke, Pepsi The Samauri Roseanne Rosanna Danna Holy Shit I'm getting old. |
"C-I-L my lan load" |
The original Blues Brothers skit.
It started off hilarious, and then I was thinking "Shit! They're actually pretty good!" |
Damn, forgot all about that one. That one was a scream. |
"...when you're living in a van down by the river!"
"Oh, Toonces!" [music]Toonces, the driving cat[/music] G |
Two wild and crazy guys
Chris Waulken's stuff opening with Robert Deniro (list of wanted tango names) |
I just remembered that I had that on tape from the original broadcast...I hope I still have it somewhere. |
Old: Land Shark or Chevy and Jane doing the news
New: Black caulk |
This has been a while... but...
anyone remember the skit where Dan Akroid was the salesmen... and he would sell the "little gem fire starter kit".... and it was oily rags and a lighter? all of those were HILARIOUS. |
Before my time but the Samurai was good, I've got them on a Belushi DVD. |
