Last night, I was barbecuing ribs and chicken.  I set everything on the grill and when I went to check it a few minutes later, I saw a lot of flames under the hood.  It's got a temp gauge on the hood, and it said over 700 degrees.  Apparently the rib fat caught fire.
We had frozen pizza for dinner.

Thanks, David.  I edited the link a couple different ways and still got the X.  Anyway, you get the point- dinner was not as planned.

"It's too hot. It's too hot, terrible. Oh, my get out of
the way, please. It's bursting into flames. And it's falling
on the patio. All the folks agree this is terrible,
one of the worst catastrophies on the world. Oh, the flames,
four or five hundred feet in the sky, it's a teriffic fire
ladies and gentlemen. The smoke and the flames now and the
ribs are burning. Oh, the humanity and all the chicken."

Sorry your meal was ruined.

Well at least you know that your BBQ grill is capable of destroying any crime scene evidence should you wish to incinerate any.

2 common rookie mistakes:

1. not bird-dogging your grill & your meat ( sounds alittle perverted ?? )
2. not removing the 1st http:// before attempting to copy n' paste the pics url onto Arf.com
