Where's the belt-fed option in the poll?

I am impartial to bolt actions.

Auto pistols.  More fun, plus cheaper, IMO.

Tricky one.  I like to shoot anything accurate.  I think it's really fun to shoot my little Marlin 60.  That thing could knock the nuts off a gnat.  I like bolt guns, but not as much as AR's.  Revolvers from .357Mag to just below .454 Cassul are fun.  Above that and they just hurt.  Of course, my favorite would have to be my Sig 220.  MJD

I think there is overwelming evidence that people who own Sigs are 10X more happier handgun shooters than those who don't own one.

All the above for different reasons.

Can't choose just one.

5 poll options don't work

Toss up b/w auto pistols and rifles for me.

The satisfaction of bumping off a mag for us poor non-C3 owners, out of a high powered rifle gives me a woody.

I voted auto pistol because I have a Wilson CQB and It is a perfect weapon for me.

Otherwise, if I did'nt have the Wilson, my favorite would be: my AK, my 10/22, and then my G17.

I guess, I am trying to say that I have no preferance wether it is a longgun or pistol, I just like certain weapons over others due to their shootability (if that makes any sense).

Pretty easy. I don't own a shotgun, revolver or bolt anything.

Auto rifles.  The more automatic, and the more capacity in the mag, the better.

Rifles...size DOES matter!
Seriously, I just feel more comfortable with a rifle than I do with a handgun (I've only shot maybe 3 or 4 handguns, and I've never felt "comfy" doing it.) Rifles seem to "fit" better. Besides, I prefer to shoot prone, something that just works better (for me) with a rifle.

There's no option for All of the Above--

Usually, I'll shoot whatever I have the most ammo available for, or have worked on recently. But I'm partial to calibers which will detonate Tannerite, and I dig my AKs. But I also like my 1911s a lot too. Oh wait-- there's the Smith 657. Oh and on the other hand--

(A lot of times, to avoid this logic loop, I'll just close my eyes and grab whatever made it to the front of the safe. )

It's  ALL GOOD .
Kinda like gettin Laid .
Just some better than others .

Last week it was damn cold here but I went out with my cousin and shot my Smith 5900 with a 30+
rd mag into his frozen pond with very satisfying results . The ammo had no problem going right through 2 plus inches of ICE .
We shot out a circle of ice about a yard across . KINDA LIKE AT THE COUNTY FAIR .
Yes there was a proper backstop .
much fun only too cold .

I like doing self defense exersises --- so that is why I chose auto pistols

I LOVE sniping p-dogs, so I love MY AR for that

I enjoy shooting long distances so my Bolt action is for that purpose ( 2.5" skeets at 350 m is a blast)

bogus poll.

More into pistols. Started out with handguns. Like the other stuff, too...although I only spend any time at all on a shotgun anymore in a 3 gun match or qualifying....

Depends I go through different obsessions,  I focus in on fishing and my boat for awhile, then hunting, then drift back to my guns.  As far as the guns go,  I may only be interested in my pistols for awhile, then only precision rifles, then shotgun, then  semi-auto carbine, then Precision Semi Auto Carbines  As my interest is in Semi-auto carbines right now that is how I voted.  Post again next month and the answer may change.

Bolt/Lever Guns
Shotguns

Ruger Blackhawk 357 loaded with 38's. Goes with me everytime I shoot. Feels good, shoots nice, looks "classic". I own "a few", but that's my favorite.
