How about a nice composite stock bolt gun in .308, with glass?

I think a 6.8 or Grendel carbine/middy would be pretty neat.

M1A custom run would be waaaay over the average person's budget.

I like the bolt gun idea. Something us kali folks could buy would be nice.

A custom Savage or Remi with McMill stock and some kind of decent glass would be sweet.

How about something like this?  10FP in .308 in a Choate stock (I prefer them $ for $) and a 10x42 Super Sniper:

SEBR lesson #1 - no matter what is chosen, someone isn't going to be happy about the choice

SEBR lesson #2 - everyone always says that they'll definitely buy one, but when it comes time to actually order....

LOL I couldn't believe how many no-shows there were. I know "stuff" comes up but... dang...

And for my idea of what the 2006 SEBR should be - if there is one in 2006 - is an 18" SPR.
