He was stationed in Cam Ranh Bay from 1966-1967. He asked me if I could find pics of the area during the war and also specifically of very large wheeled landing craft that would climb right up on the beach and unload cargo.

Can anybody help? I've Googled my ass off and cannot find anything resembling the vehicle he is talking about.
