Clean filter on a 5HP Shop Vac + Kitchen scrub brush (handle brush, shaped like a boat).  +1 hr/seat to get carpet/seat/etc.

This is how a repairables shop does it, which needs to clean up glass from about a dozen cars per WEEK.  Works well, they have been doing it for 15 years, and tried everything.  It all goes back to a Good vacuum and time with a brush.  Go in multiple direction passes with vacuum and brush.
