I had a guy try to sell me a new interceptor body armor vest cheap. A little too cheap.
Could I get in trouble for buying this "surplus"?

Some nice men could show up and take your vest away.

A bunch of armor and plates were recently stolen from Bragg. Be careful.

Ask for some verification of who the seller is, or where the vests came from.

Make him sign a reciept indicating that the vest is legal.
