Can't wait for holograms and 3D sound. No not DTS sound. I mean really 3d like when someone whispers on the screen you hear it right on your ear as if they were whispering to you.

So any predictions on what is next?? Anyone have any links to research and up coming technology?? Anyone work for Hughes or any sat companies.

CA Kid, I think storage is going to get larger and large and more compact. Video iPod is awesome. Been thinking of getting one since I DVR most of the shows I like to watch, I was told I can hook it up directly to the firewire/USB hook on the back of the receiver and dnld into it.
