The 92F is a wonderful gun.  However, if all you are going to do is shoot IPSC with it, you might want to consider a .40 so you can shoot major power loads.  I absolutely love my 92G and carry it often, but there are better choices for IPSC unless you are going to shoot a stock-gun class and use the gun for carry/defense as well.  My experience with Para-ordnance is that many of them are jam-o-matics, and I wouldn't waste my money on one.  Many people swear by them, though.  I'd sit down and consider exactly what you are going to use this gun for.  For a carry/home defense gun the 92 is superb, you just have to pick the right 9mm ammo (for terminal effect- the 92's will feed almost anything) and a good holster for that wide-bodied beast.  Good luck!

9x19 loaded to Major is only
banned in the US due to SAAMI spec. max pressure levels.
Some divisions require a .40 caliber
for major though.
