I just ordered a 9mm SFS mark III hi power

what do you think of this gizmo?

I also ordered a 40 hi power and 38 S&W

listen to my credit card bubbling and smoking

Looks like a solution in search of a problem.  I carry my HP Mk.III every day.  I carry it cocked-and-locked, just like JMB intended, with no problems.

What's the difference between the FN SFS and the Browning Hi-power?

With the SFS installed the pistol is carried hammer down on safe.  Disengaging the safety cocks the hammer.  For those afraid of C&L carry.
