After 3  1/2 months, the dealer called this afternoon and said I could come pick her up. It was worth the wait.

UPDATE: INSTALLED SPADES

I got the Ohio Ordinace spades installed last night. Here's a few pics. They seem to be exceptional quality.

I think the ATF says all new manufactured guns must have a safety.

This may be a really dumb question but is it really a semi-auto, not that that takes away from how awesome it is, just wondering.

Hey sweet 1919! I don't know if I mentioned it to you before...but if you want to get some original tools, spare parts, expert advice, etc....contact my buddy Dan.... www.angolaarmory.com

He knows his 1919's, in fact he is well along the way to getting his 07 license so he can start manufacturing them himself.

There were several at his annual shoot last year....they are a LOT of fun, but do tend to eat the ammo!

I'd like to get one, but I would want it in original .30-06.....that would be expensive to feed...

Wow, that's nice.  I've got to get one before the CA gov finds out they're legal.

Suppressing fire.  Also, the traverse/elevation on the bipod makes it handy against zombies.

Well in that case, I better get two.

I picked up a few cans from www.ammunitionstore.com

I also bought a military linker and 2000 links, so I plan to start linking my own after the store-bought stuff runs out.

That is awesome dude. I want one.

In case you don't already have a bunch, I'd buy up as many cases of .308 as I could afford before it starts getting scarce also.  Yeah, that thing is going to eat!

Thanks for the video. I wish mine was in happy-mode all the time.

I'm going to stick with .308 for now because I can readily find non-corrosive ammo. If it turns out that I shoot it more than a few thousand rounds a year, then I'll likely buy the parts to convert it to 8mm. I really hate dealing with corrosive ammo though.

They are exceptionally useful against marauding pumpkins and watermelons.

Beeyooooooooooootiful rifle, TS.  Congratulations!

Congrats, and welcome to the 1919 club.

I have always heard that Black Bear guns are the best, but I have never
seen pictures of one until now.  Your tripod and T&E look brand new too.

Now for the bad news, even though they are way cool, after the new wears off in
a year or two, you won't be nearly as enthused about taking it out to the range.
If you don't have at least 1000 rounds to shoot each range session,
it's not worth getting the gun dirty.  I've been thinking about selling mine, but probably won't.

Here's mine:
