The Left, and especially the Black Left are aghast at the political damage done to Nawlins by Kartrina.  They are desperate to get the "people" back into the 9th Ward (and others) as quickly as possible...by hook or by crook...AND AT YOUR EXPENSE IF NECESSARY!

Well, there you have it:
Bush and the Republicans are "trafficking" in cheap Latino and "Eastern European" labor to purposely displace blacks.  Because this is all a big conservative conspiracy to turn Nawlins into a Republican enclave...all of the displaced Looties have the RIGHT to be returned to the city and be set up with jobs, housing and a check...at OUR expense.
