i just moved a velcro switch to the opposite side of my rifle, and it will not stick any more, please give me some help

Rubbing alcohol to degrease it and you should be good.

Go buy some that has adhesive on the backside and apply

Walmart craft dept or craft/hobby stores, an adhesive called E6000 or Alene's 7800.  

Or buy some new sticky back velcro in the sewing department.  You can get it in strips or in little circles.
