I voted for PIE since 1911 was the only caliber listed.

Of the choices, I would get the 1911.

normally I'd agree with you...the two 1911s I posess are both in 45

but

the 1911 in 9mm for IDPA is (IMO) ideal for IDPA.  rules limit you to 10 +1 rounds of ammo, no barrel porting, compensators, weights on pistols allowed.  

the natural pointability, slim grip, and low recoil impulse are perfect for shooting at speed.


of course, you can't go wrong with a 226 either
