Check how many bits it is saved at... If it's on 16 bit you won't be able to save as a JPEG.
Past that, we'd need more info on the file. HTH jim |

Flatten the image. (I don't remember which menu the command is under)
Then you should be able to save as .jpg |

I usually flattenthe img before I save. It isnt giving me the option to flatten either :(

Got it figured out. Was opening the pics as grayscale and cant save as a .jpg .

With the image open, click on "Image" and then scroll down to "Mode"... You'll see if the image is CMYK or RGB, and what the bit level is set at. |
