I purchased this today after seeing the commericals, it feels like it does work. It makes a very cool sensation on your forehead. What is this exactly or is it a gimmick?

Lucky, I use it and all it does is reduce the severity.  Takes 4 hours to get back into my day.  Still left with the migraine hangover.

Imitrex didn't do much for my migraines. My Neuro Dr put me on Relpax. They work slightly better than Imitrex, but I'll look at the long term relief before deciding if they are going to be worth the change.
