Anyone out there ever transferred from the Army to the Navy to attend Naval Flight School?  I have a friend that wants to go that route and I've been out so long, I don't think I can help him.

he needs to go to a navy oso to get the ball rolling.

ETA: i'm assuming it's officer-to-officer.

Yes.  I think that he has the paperwork started.  Where are the trip-wires and what can he do to help his chances.  He is a sharp officer and is already an Army pilot.

ETA:  What's an OSO?
