I'll be the pessimist and say nope they till wont hear a gun case so I'm not getting my hopes up. Would be nice though. |

A smart person once said: " If you don't stand for something you will fall for anything" At least leftists stand for something -- the wrong somethings but at least they do. Moderates are the un-informed unprincilped people that are easily distracted by shiney objects or emotional issues. |

Machinegun has come from several times where as a judge in a lower court, he has stated that the NFA and machinegun ban were all wrong. Note he didn't go as far to say unconstitutional, however, it seems as if a vote 2A vote were to come up, he would be on our side. |

DeWine enthusiastically endorsed renewing the AWB. He was blowing all of the "usual suspects" during that whole ordeal. How he claims to be a republican at all is completely beyond me.
