A Mexican national will spend 10 years in federal prison for firing at a Border Patrol agent while fleeing in a pickup truck carrying almost 500 pounds of marijuana.

U.S. District Judge Cindy K. Jorgenson on Tuesday sentenced Herminio Mireles-Sanchez, 28, of Mexico City to prison followed by five years of supervised release.
(INSIDE the US? DEPORT HIM, BUILD THE WALL TO KEEP HIM AND OTHERS LIKE HIM OUT)

Mireles-Sanchez pleaded guilty in September to discharging a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking offense.

According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office:

On July 14, 2004, Border Patrol Agent Erasmo Rodriguez III was called to a remote desert area in the Tohono O'odham Nation and began following a truck.

A man, later determined to be Mireles-Sanchez, leaned out the front passenger side of the truck and fired five or six times. Neither Rodriguez nor his vehicle was struck by bullets, but Rodriguez said he and his family are still traumatized by the event.

Pretty stupid if you think this guys only punishment should be deportation.

I beleive he is saying that having supervised release in the US after his sentence is stupid.

The wall WILL make a difference, with Troops patrolling it of course
THAT is why the illegals and the countries that send them are going apeshit
over the POSSIBILITY that we MIGHT build a wall
