The barrel and spring guide are sticking out of the front of the slide quite a bit.
Does the barrel lock up properly? Try taking the slide off, drop the barrel into the locking lugs and see if it still sticks out that far. If so, the slide might be made just slightly shorter. Would be wierd, but it might function fine like that. |

What does the hammer end look like? Is the rear of the slide even with the rear of the frame?
Or is it fully in battery in the pic? |

where is your old slide.. ?
put them side by side and seeif there is a diffrence.. how about a pic of the fit at the rear of the weapon? |
