Jsut went to the cafeteria and ate a rather large pudding full of sugar.  Now I feel drunkenly sleepy.  Is this a normal effect of high blood sugar?

Did you eat at Max's?  If so, you could, in fact, be just about to die.

He posted earlier this year that he is pre diabetic and suffering the symptoms of frequent pissing and extreme thirst.

I think his blood sugar was somewhere between Karo and Log Cabin.

BB, you posted a while back about some issues with your blood sugar, and I am curious what came of that.

It sounds as if you may be having some diabetes issues.  If your body is having trouble adjusting to your sugar levels, sometimes lethargy is a symptom.

Please have yourself checked out.

Diabetes - I was just checked since my whole family has it.  MRI came up neg....  actually, ends up I have some problems with my bilirubin levels being too high, but that shouldn't effect my sugar

Your body may not process sugar very well and you may be a candidate for late life onset diabetes.  Have a blood test and ask them to tell you your your trigliceride level.  It is a good indicator.  Stay away from too much sugar.  It makes you fat and does not help you stay alert when your lady wants to have some fun.

I would get all my ducks in a row because we all know Arfcom has more life saving experience than Dr. kevorkian.

Sugar is maxed, and feel like I'm about to go to sleep. What's going on?

You are old.

Sugar has the opposite effect on old people that it has on kids.

have a nice day.
