Didnt eat it.  It was kind of petrified and hard.  Took it out and left it on the table. I am sure it was recycled again.

Wing Hunt, one of the fabled stories of ARFCOM.  Truly one of the most entertaining threads ever on any site.

I went there with my sister and some folks when I visited over Christmas.

I ordered my wings and instructed the waitress (ala Fight Club) "Clean food only, no wing hunts."

She looked at me like this ----->

Hey AR-Doc:

Maybe its because of your Avatar, but am I right in assuming your are in Ann Arbor?

If you are, or you are close, I highly recommend Mr. Spots for wings. They were the first place near campus to sell wings, and I completed the last 2 years of my degree on the Mr. Spots diet.

Wings and Cheese fries!

Google Mr Spots, ann arbor, they have a website.

I personally enjoy B-Dubs.  It's one of the better bar/restaurants in East Lansing.  Clean, pretty cheap, no cover charge ((!!!)), and my kinda crowd.  However, i have yet to eat wings there.

It is the benchmark buffa wing....great franchise.

My friends and I used to go there for the hot waitresses and beer, but their wings taste like ass.

It tastes almost like they are made bad intentionally.

The only reason to go there is....well actually I cant think of a good reason to go there. Way expensive for very little food, and they charge extra for every littl ething you add. Much better local places here.

I was one of the first customers when Spots opened.   I go there alot  when I am in Ann Arbor.  I have one of their original 'EAT ME"  shirts that the GF hates.  And some of the females from Spots owners family are my patients.

We would goto hockey and football games and the GF will say, I know we are having lunch at Spots.

We dont have many wing joints around here buffalo wild wings is the best we have.Hooters is ok,we stop in when we are down around Manassas,VA.The one thing I hate is a rubbery wing.I usually ask the waitress to have them made crispy, and with the sauce they have at BWW it is hard to get a bad wing.

Hooters the suck.  Bad wings.

We went to BWW once, just once. We tried to get a decent table in the back where it was quieter, but we ended up leaving. Too many kids running around yelling. A bunch of soccer moms brought the whole team there for a treat.

I did have their wings once, though... they were (asking wife... )... Jamaican Jerk seasoning, she says. They were pretty good.

I'm in the Buffalo area anyway; EVERYONE around here does wings. Don't need a chain restaurant to get wings here. I can't take them as hot as I used to, though.

BW3's used to have good wings when they first opened.  The wings were big and they had some good sauces.  I was hooked on the lemon pepper.  Then one day I went in, no lemon pepper and the wings were tinny.  The local beer places have some of the best wings around.  Though I have to admit, I have yet to eat wings that are better than mine.  Thank goodness for the smoker, Franks red hot and garlic.

For some reason, supposedly "good" wing places such as BWW and Wing Stop have the worst wings I've ever had. They're HARD. I don't get it.

I prefer Hooters wings. They're not hard at all. I guess it's a case of batter vs no batter.

I STILL compare all wings to Mr. Spots, and I graduated from U of M in 1989, the closest I've ever found was a joint near the University of Virginia, during a summer Grad School program. There was a group of us that sampled wings everywhere we went...

Damn. Now I'm going to need to find an excuse to go the Ann Arbor. I'm Hungry.

edited because I can't read.

I love BWW.

I have consumed 50 blazin wings in one sitting.

My buddy said he would give me $100 if I would eat 50 Blazin wings in less than an hour.

I did it and took the $100 and went to Walmart to buy a case of Pepto bismol.
