I dipped when i was in HS, then quit. I noticed that i could put a huge dip in the right side of my mouth, but on the keft side ( where I never dipped) I couldnt put even half the size of dip in there. It ate away that much of my mouth in only three years time.

Good luck!

Just remember that the first time you relapse, you have to start out again from the beginning. You're already 12 hours into it, just keep it up!
Best of luck!

jr,

Nobody can ever tell you that "it's going to be easy."

What I can tell you is that when you really make up your mind to quit, you will.

Be a man about it.  Dig deep, and quit.  You can do it.

I have a friend that said quitting was easy... he's done it MANY times!

a little negative reinforcement helped me never start that habit.

tried it once, accidently swallowed some of it, ended up throwing up all over my dorm room.

my roommates really appreciated it

Paraphrase from The Professional:

"Does it get easier when you are a grownup or is life always this hard?"

"Always like this"

Suck it up.  After you finish with the shakes and the twitching, you'll just have to deal with the cravings.

Try a nicotine patch.

You might want to add a quote line above that so that PEOPLE DON'T GET THE WRONG IDEA.

That would be from your skin stretching on that side.
