A co-worker just spewed this out....that if you are caught you go into the sex offender database in some states.

This sounds like utter nonsense to me...but I've been wrong before.

I've never heard of such a thing. Then again, I've heard of "exposing yourself" while taking a piss putting a couple of guys on the list, so who knows?

Which was my train of thought. Thought it was bullshit, then thought of the public urination.
